Delivery takes 2-4 days (Mon-Sat), excluding public holidays.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
The cost of shipping on national territory is € 9.90 including islands and free for all orders over €50.00. For abroad (UE Countries) the cost is € 18,00 and free for all orders over €150,00. Extra UE € 30,00.
WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?
DHL will handle your delivery, in the shipping confirmation email you will find a link to track your package.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ONLINE ORDER?
The delivery time of your order on national territory varies from 3 to 5 working days from the day we receive your purchase order depending on the delivery method chosen. If the recipient is abroad, delivery times may increase.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have not yet received your purchase, please check the status of your order online in your account.
CAN I SCHEDULE A DELIVERY?
No, make sure that someone is present at the indicated place of delivery.
RETURNS
You have 30 days to return your order. All returns are FREE.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ONLINE?
You have the opportunity to change your mind and return your order for free through the online procedure that you can find online in your account. Returned items must be sent to Trucco Tessile Spa in a single shipment. You will receive a refund of the items you have returned in the same payment method chosen for the purchase in a short time. I HAVE MISTAKEN THE SIZE / ITEM / COLOR OF MY ORDER, CAN I REPLACE IT?
No, with our free return policy, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s). If you'd like an item in a different size, style, or colour,simply return your original order for a full refund and place a new order with the different items.
CAN I RETURN MULTIPLE ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT ORDERS AT THE SAME TIME?
Yes you can, if you have items from several orders to return, simply fill out the return form for each order, pack each item you are returning along with their return form in one box, and use a return label from any of the orders (you only need one).
I HAVE FILLED OUT THE RETURN FORM BUT I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND, I WANT TO KEEP THE ITEMS, WHAT CAN I DO?
Write an email to customerservice@julipet.it, our customer service will cancel the request of return to the courier if still on time.
DO PROMOTIONS AND / OR PARTICULAR CONDITIONS OF SALE ENJOYED DECAY WHEN I RETURN?
Yes, any item returned may invalidate the promotions used and will then be charged to the buyer.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed. Your original payment methodor or through a voucher that can be spent on the site within 30 days will be refunded. It may not take more than 30 days (for orders purchased with Credit Card, Prepaid and Paypal.
I WANT TO RETURN AN ONLINE GIFT, WHO WILL RECEIVE THE REFUND?
The original payment method will be refunded so only the person who initially made the order will receive a refund. For orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer, it is therefore necessary to send an email to customerservice@julipet.it, with the IBAN and the reference number of the order.
