The products are sold by Trucco Tessile spa with registered office in Italy, in Via Torino, 187 - 12038 - Savigliano (CN), VAT number 00181310046. The technical management of the ecommerce site is entrusted to Planet Solutions srl with registered office in Italy, in Piazza C.L.N., 243 - 10123 - Turin (TO) VAT no. 01784520189.
Trucco Tessile SpA is the sole owner of the rights on domains, logos, trademarks, copyrights applied to the Site and to the Products.

The products are sold to the Customer identified by the data entered when completing and sending the order form in electronic format by accepting at the same time these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
It is strictly forbidden for the Customer to provide false and/or fabricated and/or fictitious names in the online order procedure and in any further communication. The Seller reserves the right to sue any violation or abuse and protect the interests of all consumers.
By accepting these Conditions of Sale, moreover, you exempt the Seller from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by you when placing the order online, being you, the customer, the solely responsible for their correct insertion.
The contract is concluded when the Vendor receives your order form electronically and the order's information has been verified as correct.
The languages available to conclude the contract with the Seller are Italian and English and the applicable law is Italian.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will process your Order for the fulfilment thereof
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, an Order Confirmation, containing a summary of the information.
Prior to sending the Order Confirmation, the Seller remains entitled to request further information by e-mail or by the telephone indicated by you with reference to the Order sent by you through the Internet.
If the products presented on the website are no longer available or on sale after the order has been sent, the Seller will promptly notify you of the unavailability of the Products ordered. In this case, the amount previously charged to the Customer's means of payment won’t be charged any more.
Trucco Tessile spa reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute and/or a dispute relating to a previous order. This equally applies to all cases where the Seller considers the Customer unfit, including, without limitation to, the case of previous violations of the terms and conditions of an online purchase contract or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the Customer has been involved in any kind of fraudulent activity.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are:
- for national territory € 9.50.
- for EU countries € 18.00.
Shipments are only possible in the countries indicated on the order form.
There are currently promotions for free delivery with minimum purchase:
-for national territory with a minimum purchase of € 50.00: delivery is free.
- for abroad, EU countries with a minimum purchase of € 150.00: delivery is free.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are processed on the first following working day
TERMS OF PAYMENT
You can pay the Product price and the relative shipping and delivery costs through the methods indicated on the Site's order form, which is summarized as follows:
- Credit card/Pre-paid card
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all the prices of the Products and the shipping and delivery costs indicated on the website and in the Order are to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euros. The validity of prices indicated is always and only that indicated by the Website at the time of placing the Order over the Internet. Product prices and shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. Therefore, make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant Order.
ORDERS
The prices displayed on the site include VAT.
A copy of the customer's order is inserted in the package.
Each shipment contains:
the product/s ordered.
copy of the customer order
possible information and marketing material.
The Seller may change or update these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Therefore, the Customer will only be requested to accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective as of its posting date on the Site and in connection with purchase orders submitted after that date.
PRODUCTS
E-shop Julipet.it tries to present and allow the visibility of the products and colours on the site in the most truthful and accurate way possible. The display of the colours of the products, however, depends on the user's monitor and julipet.it cannot guarantee that the display of the colours of the products is accurate.
For any information about products or the future availability of missing items, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
RETURNS
To return the goods, the user must inform TRUCCO TESSILE SPA about the intention of withdrawal of the user, through the procedure indicated in his account on the julipet.it website. The user must return the Product, suitably protected and packed, to the courier (usually DHL) indicated by TRUCCO TESSILE SPA. You must therefore book the collection at the courier, agreeing on the relevant day and time slot. The user must attach the precompiled and prepaid waybill he received via email with the ordered garment on the package containing the Product to be returned and then deliver the package to the courier, on the day and time agreed with the latter.
The procedure described in the previous point is available only where the Product being withdrawn must be collected at an address located within the Italian borders. If the withdrawing user must instead return the purchased Product by sending it from an address located outside these borders, the shipment of the Product to TRUCCO TESSILE SPA must be made, without undue delay and in any case within 30 calendar days from the date on which the user informed TRUCCO TESSILE SPA of his decision to withdraw using a carrier chosen by the user and at his expense. The deadline is met if the user returns the Product before the expiration of the aforementioned thirty-day period.
INSTRUCTIONS for RETURNS
Log in to your account and select the item “Orders and details history”. Click on the order with the items to be returned by selecting the corresponding squares and enter a reason in the field below. Then send the note.
Within a few days, you will receive an email with the free waybill, in order to make the return.
You can follow the status of your returns always from your account in the "Return of my goods" section.
Remember to insert the item to be made inclusive of all the related accessories. The items must be unworn with the labels hanging and in the same condition as when you received them.
Personalized items cannot be returned.

Remember that items must be sent in one shipment.
REFUND
Once the return has been authorized, the refund of the same will be made in a short time, not later than 30 days.
There are two refund methods:
- By the same payment method
- By means of a VOUCHER in the same value as the garment/s that can be used one time only for the whole amount within 1 month - beyond which it will no longer be refundable - on Julipet.it. The value of the voucher corresponds to the value of the items purchased. So, in case of promotion it is equal to the discounted price.
-This voucher must be used one time only for the whole amount. If the amount of the purchase lower than the voucher itself, the difference will be lost.
